Returns & Exchanges

Relevance For Men would like to ensure our customers are happy with their purchase and experience. To assist in the event that a customer would like to refund or exchange an item the below terms and conditions will be applicable.

REFUNDS

YOU CAN RETURN AN ITEM FOR A REFUND WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. WE WILL PROCESS A REFUND IF THE ITEM RETURNED IS IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION AS WHEN IT WAS PURCHASED AND MEETS THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS:

  1. The item is Unworn
  2. The item is Undamaged
  3. The item is Unwashed
  4. The item has the Original price tags attached 
  5. The item was purchased from Relevance For Men directly. 

Please note the cost of shipping for returned items will be for the customer's account.

EXCHANGES 

YOU CAN EXCHANGE AN ITEM WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.

YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO EXCHANGE A SHOE OR ANY OTHER ITEM BOUGHT FROM RFM FOR AN ITEM WHICH WAS/IS RELEASED AFTER YOUR PURCHASE DATE OF THE ORIGINAL ITEM THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE. 

 

AN EXCHANGE WILL ONLY TAKE PLACE IF THE ITEM FOR EXCHANGE IS IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION AS WHEN IT WAS PURCHASED AND MEETS THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS:

  1. The item is Unworn
  2. The item is Undamaged
  3. The item is Unwashed
  4. The item has the Original price tags attached 
  5. The item was purchased directly from Relevance For Men.

DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY 

At Relevance For Men, we do our best to ensure that we send items that are of high quality and without defects. A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture. The following will not be considered as defective:

  1. Faults resulting from normal wear and tear
  2. Damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product 

On return of the item, we will assess the validity of the defect, if found to be defective we will replace it with the same item. If stock is not available we will replace it with another item of the same value when purchased, or we'll issue a gift card for the purchase value.
